Lovely to see the sunshine yesterday - I sat outside with D to have our coffee. The first time we have done so this summer (or what used to be called summer). Hopefully we shall see more sunshine next week. 


I have done something to my leg - I can't work out where or what all I know is that it hurts. Pain anywhere is a bit scary but in bones is very scary. My thoughts fly so quickly to thoughts of secondaries. More practice for me of capturing every thought. I expect it is just a pulled muscle or something - we shall see. This ride never stops! 


Today more coffee with another friend and a meal with house-group this evening.
